OlatheConnect is your 24/7 virtual City Hall

Need to report a pothole? Miss a trash pick-up? Part of the sidewalk in need of repair? Have a question about a City ordinance? OlatheConnect is designed to provide Olathe residents, businesses, and visitors with a virtual City Hall, giving you the opportunity to access City Hall 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, from the comfort of your own home.

Available on or via app for iOS and Android devices, OlatheConnect is the perfect solution for asking a question or reporting a concern to the City of Olathe. With dozens of topics available to choose from, all questions and requests are automatically routed to the proper City employee. More than 95 percent of all OlatheConnect requests receive a personal response from a City employee within two business days.

Anyone who submits a request via OlatheConnect has the option to create an account, which allows for continued request tracking until the problem is solved. Users can login to OlatheConnect to review their ticket, correspond with the assigned City employee, and monitor request progress.
