Olathe Parks & Recreation offers a variety of programs geared to persons with intellectual and physical challenges.

  • Trailblazers Special Olympics offers opportunities for individuals with intellectual challenges, ages eight and up, to participate in competitive sports on a local, regional and national level.
  • Miracle League allows youth of all abilities to play baseball.
  • Our social program offerings include a variety of programs including Bingo, dances, trips and outings.
  • Camp Rolling Along & Camp Heartland offered in the summer.

Scholarship Program

  • The City of Olathe provides a scholarship program for individuals and families who meet income-eligibility criteria.
  • The application form is available in:

Volunteer Opportunities select Special Olympics or Miracle League.
