COVID-19 Response 

To help all of City of Olathe utility customers going through this difficult time, the City is implementing the following rules: 

  • No late payment fees
  • No disconnections for missed payments
  • Monthly payment extensions available for all customers

The City will continue to review these policies while customers are affected by COVID-19.
