Pay Online or Set Up AutoPay

  • Short on time? Select Pay My Bill to make a payment without registering.
  • To view account details Log in.
  • Don't have an online account? Register Now.
    • Set up AutoPay using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or electronic check.
    • No convenience fees apply to pay online with your credit/debit card or electronic check.
    • Your online payment will be posted to your utility account within two business days.
  • If your water service is disconnected or scheduled to be disconnected, you must contact Customer Service to have your service restored:
    • Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Call 913-971-9311 to provide your payment confirmation number.
    • City Holiday Schedule
    • Effective Friday, June 1, 2018, disconnected water service will only be restored during regular office hours.

Pay by Telephone

  • Call 1-855-748-6017 to make a payment by phone toll free.
  • Your City of Olathe account number will be required. 
  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and electronic check are accepted.
  • No convenience fees apply.
  • If your water service is disconnected or scheduled to be disconnected, you must contact Customer Service to have your service restored:
    • Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Call 913-971-9311 to provide your payment confirmation number.

Pay by US Mail

  • Mail the lower portion of your bill along with a check or money order in the envelope provided. 
  • Please write your account number on your check or money order and allow five business days for mail delivery. 
  • Bills are considered paid on the day they are received and processed in our office.
  • Bills are not considered paid on the day they are mailed.
  • Payments should be mailed to:  City of Olathe, P.O. Box 2100, Olathe, KS 66051-2100

Pay In Person

  • A representative is available to accept your payment at Customer Service, 1385 S. Robinson Dr. 
  • Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays.
  • Cash, check, money order, credit/debit card and electronic check are accepted.
  • Drive-Thru and Walk-In options are available.

Pay at Drop-Off Sites

  • Drop-off your payment in a box located in the parking lot a Olathe City Hall, 100 E Santa Fe. 
  • Payments are collected by 9 a.m. every business day 
  • Payments can also be made at Enterprise Bank & Trust and Bank of Blue Valley branches in Olathe. 
  • Payments made at one of the bank locations must accompany the lower portion of your utility bill and allow two business days for processing.

Night Depository

  • The night depository is located in the Drive-Thru located at the Customer Service Center, 1385 S. Robinson Dr.
  • Envelopes are provided for your convenience.

Payment Arrangements 

  • Contact Customer Service to make payment arrangements if your water service is scheduled to be disconnected.
  • Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Call 913-971-9311.
